How YouTube Helps Online Marketing

Let’s admit one thing. Anyone who is into marketing has a lot to benefit from video advertising, especially on YouTube. Some would even buy YouTube views just to maximize the potential of this video sharing platform. The question now is, what does YouTube have that gets a lot of businesses going for the video kill rather than other traditional marketing alternatives?
Entertainment
YouTube has a lot to offer to its viewers, members and non-members alike. It houses a variety of entertaining videos from comedic to educational, which invites different sort of people with distinct interests. The entertainment factor has these people wanting to be on YouTube, whether to kill time or to get something valuable from it.
What has that got to do with online marketing? It’s simple logic actually. The more entertaining YouTube becomes the more people it will attract, which mean more potential target market you can tap. How is that for a busy marketplace to be?
Sociability
The ability of YouTube to share videos to different online networks immensely helps in spreading your message across the internet. YouTube has Facebook and Twitter integration that allows anyone to share their recent video uploads to the aforementioned social networks. Not only that, a video can get YouTube views even on blogs and other websites because of its embeddable attribute. So if you feel like the video is not enough to explain everything, you can write more about it and embed the video on your blog or website.
Search Engine Friendly
Everyone knows to whom YouTube belongs – Google Inc. That is right. YouTube is under Google, the number one search engine on the internet. Because of this, you are sure to get your videos on search results if and when you optimized your video correctly. What are ways to optimize YouTube videos for search engines?
Here are brief tips on how to get YouTube views through video optimization:
1.      Place relevant keywords on Titles, Description box, Tags and even on your Annotations and Captions. You can place keywords on locations where words are welcome.
2.      Encourage comments to get the “freshness” factor that search engines look for in ranking content. Once you have uploaded a video, search engines will automatically index it to add into their database for search results. A comment on your video will help in re-indexing (re-evaluating) the relevance of the video.
3.      Share to get back links. When you enable video embeds or share uploads on Facebook and Twitter, you are actually enabling people to link back on your video through FB share or retweets.
4.      Buy YouTube views. Buying YouTube views will help you boost your presence on the video platform. YouTube views are also relevant in the video ranking metric of both YouTube and Google.
Based on the above-mentioned attributes, can you say that YouTube is not a valuable tool for online marketing? I don’t think so. If you plan on launching your own internet marketing business, be sure to include YouTube marketing into the business plan.

How to Kick Start Marketing with Fast Views

There is no doubt that YouTube indeed is the most trafficked video website in the internet thus a very coveted online spot for marketers. But despite the opportunity that YouTube laid out for its users there are those who want to have quick and surefire results in their marketing endeavors. Is there really such thing as a sure shot viral video status on YouTube? Or a specific formula to solve problems such as how to get YouTube views? If there are for sure people will do anything to grab hold of it and increase YouTube views on their marketing videos by a million folds.
However, as far as everyone knows there is no such thing in existence. No one can really predict the pulse of YouTube viewers in terms of preferred entertainment. Sure we know that a laugh trip gains more than a hundred views but the impact might not be that strong to call it a viral video. In fact, there are hundreds of funny videos which have poor views and have not really created an impression to its viewers which attributes to its unshared status. If you have the time to look for those videos that got viral, you will see no pattern to it. Videos like “Charlie bit my finger” or the “Webcam 101 for Seniors” are caught on tape without the intention of getting millions of views. It just happened that people loved and shared it. They did no great effort to increase YouTube views to the videos. But can you say the same with other “accidental videos”? I think not.
It is assumed, therefore, that marketers must undergo a lot of guess work to find out what tickles their target audience based on video content. But there is one little thing they tend to forget, bagging a large number of audiences via curiosity. How are they supposed to do that? Simple, they inflate the number of video views in an unnatural way – buy YouTube views. Once YouTube users see a video with 10,000,000 million views for sure they will be drawn to it asking themselves “what does this video have that made 10 million people watch it?” That initial question in their minds is your ticket to getting viewed. And like any other entertainment, it is up to you to make them stay and watch the whole thing. Don’t rely too much on the bought views because this will not guarantee you sales at all.
What do you have to do then? Apply your marketing prowess. Create great and compelling content. But before that, make sure you have a targeted, relevant and catchy video title to pique your viewers’ interest more than the monstrous number of views. You do want to appear believable and credible right? After the title and the content, be sure to place a call-to-action, whether they are annotations or a phrase on the description. This will make them click to lead them right where you want them, your website.
In truth, it’s easier said (written) than done. But everyone has to start somewhere and to buy YouTube views is a much faster vessel of getting there. What do you think?
